Proquest resources unavailable Saturday January 19 - Sunday January 20th

Collection Management and Discovery Division

Proquest will be doing maintenance of their products beginning January 19th at 8 PM and should conclude January 20th by about 4 AM.  During this time, many Proquest resources will be unavailable.  If you have trouble accessing Proquest resources after this time, please let us know at troubleshooting@ucdenver.edu.  Thank you!

 

ILLiad outage and password reset on January 8th

Collection Development and Strategies Department

On January 8th beginning at 12:00 MST ILLiad – the software used for requesting and managing Interlibrary Loan requests – will be upgraded to the latest version.  We expect the service to be unavailable for a few hours that afternoon, but access should be restored by the end of the day.
