At the beginning of last week, Kanopy made a change to their web interface. When users try to access Kanopy offsite via the Auraria Library site, they are now prompted to “Log In To UCDenver”. Once this option is selected, the user is prompted to log in or create a personal account with Kanopy. EBSCO e-books not opening when downloaded on mobile devices

Collection Management and Discovery Division

Users are experiencing an issue impacting EBSCO eBooks downloaded on mobile devices where those downloaded e-books do not reliably open in Bluefire, Adobe Digital Editions or other Adobe-authorized mobile apps. EBSCO's team is actively investigating this issue, and they hope to have a resolution in place soon. In the meantime, we recommend reading EBSCO eBooks in EBSCO's online viewer, which can be used on mobile phones and tablets just like it's used on desktop and laptop computers.

Nexis Uni Unavailable
