The latest addition to our Camp Amache collections is a book report on the history of communication and transportation submitted to Amache High School history teacher Katherine Odum by a Japanese-American student identified as "M. Miura." Miura's report is a breathtaking example of the talent and drive exhibited by so many of the internees at Campa Amache, and is replete with beautiful hand-drawn illustrations

The latest addition to Auraria Library Digital Collections is The Granada Pioneer, the official internee-run newspaper of Camp Amache. Our holdings consist of a straight run from October 1942 until March 1943.
