Elsevier/ScienceDirect Update

In December 2020, the Auraria Library’s subscription to Elsevier journals comes up for renewal. Currently, the Library subscribes to all of Elsevier’s journals though the ScienceDirect platform. That’s over 2,700 scholarly journals that cover dozens of disciplines and research areas. The Library subscribes to Elsevier resources through the Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries, a group of 15 academic libraries in Colorado and Wyoming. GeoWeek is happening in mid-November and there are lot of events occurring along the Front Range, including some in our very own library!

The latest addition to Auraria Library Digital Collections is The Hispanic Link Weekly Report. Originally published in 1983 and running for almost 30 years, the Hispanic Link Weekly Report was a product of the Hispanic Link News Service, which was co-founded in 1980 in Washington, D.C. by journalists and activists Sebastiania Mendoza Ericksen and Charlie Ericksen.
