Did the name of this feature pique your curiosity? We hope so! Since we Coloradoans are fortunate to have the Rocky Mountains at our doorstep, including 58 mountains over 14,000 feet, we’re featuring peaks this month. Mountain peaks, that is! The study and love of mountains spans many disciplines including geology, art, recreation, archaeology and history. Check out just a few of your options for learning more of peaks, slopes, and high altitude hijinks through Auraria Library resources. Wishing you fun in the mountains this summer!
