Role in the Library
As the Access and Public Services, Department Head, Bailey manages a diverse group of people who provide user-centered library services and excellent customer service at Auraria Library’s front-line service points. Our department's goal is to create welcoming spaces and helpful experiences for all library users.
More About
Bailey has worked in libraries for 5+ years. She started as a part-time library assistant while obtaining her Master’s in Library and Information Science. Upon graduation she continued her work in public libraries as a reference librarian. Before joining the Auraria Library staff in October of 2018, she was the Library Technician II for Denver Women’s Correctional Facility. Her goal is to provide innovative library services to the Auraria community.
