Role in the Library
As the Finance and Administration Manager, Crystal oversees and manages Auraria Library's $10M annual budget with direct responsibility of the General Operating portion. She also assists with financial analysis in budget development and implementation, forecasting, and cost reduction, and creates practices and policies that achieve the overall financial goals of the Library.
